Today we had a great event in GameSpy for Stronghold Crusader, everyone seemed to play fair, there were no DCers, and no DQ's. Thanks for making this a smooth event. There were 16 players that participated with WhiteShadow from the X2X clan meeting up against Bartox of the TKo clan. It was a hard fought match that came down to the wire, with Bartox achieving victory. He will be VIP for a few weeks in the userroom at GameSpy. Congrats to everyone that played it was fun.

There will be a Stronghold Crusader Event run by VIPER in GameSpy this saturday at 16:00 GMT, thats 12:00 noon EST, 11:00 AM CST 9:00 AM PST. This will be a 1v1 Event on a map released that day. Sign up on this site using the Tournament's...Tournament Signup... and Enter your GameSpy name.

There is another option for SHC now on GameSpy a few people are using. Instead of using the SHC Lobby you can use the SHC Extreme Lobby. The rooms will work for SHC as long as you go to "GameSpy > Options > Games > SHC Extreme > and change the SHCx exe file to the SHC one" Then the rooms will launch the game of SHC instead of the game SHCx (Stronghold Crusader Extreme).

Now that most people are on some sort of holiday break, it is time that we host a Stronghold Crusader Event here on the Web Portal. This Event will be held on GameSpy on Saturday, January 3rd at 12:00 noon, EST USA time. The 'back up date' for this event (In case something comes up) will be the following Saturday. It will be a 1v1 Event on a new map to come. This event will be hosted by VIPER, you can sign up for this Event on "Tournament Signup" on the Menu to the left at the bottom under "Tournament's" (You will need to register with web portal to see links) As the team name just put your EXACT GameSpy Name... ie.. ((X2X))VIPER ... More details to follow.
